Our service provides API access to public LinkedIn data. You agree to:

• Respect rate limits and quotas specified in your subscription plan
• Not attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or security measures
• Store and process data in compliance with privacy regulations

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with or without notice.

You acknowledge that:

• The data accessed through our API is public information from LinkedIn
• You must maintain appropriate privacy policies for your use of the data
• You will not use the data for any unlawful purpose
• You will not store or cache data longer than necessary for your use case

For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• No refunds are provided for partial use or cancellation
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Unused API requests from free tier or paid plans do not roll over to the next billing period

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your API keys
• All activities that occur under your account
• Reporting any unauthorized use or security breaches
• Implementing appropriate security measures in your applications

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the data provided
• Availability or uninterrupted operation of the service
• Security or that the service will be error-free
